Founded in 1996, Expedite Transcription Services Inc. has rapidly grown to become a leading provider of medical transcription in British Columbia. Although we started locally, our services have spread nationwide and have allowed us to work with numerous clients across Canada. Our transcriptionists and editors have been in the business for many years and have comprehensive expertise in different areas of medical and law enforcement specialties.
We are proud to say that in nearly 20 years of business we do not outsource dictation off shore. All transcription is typed and completed in Canada. Our transcriptionists work closely with our head office staff in order to ensure that we are continually meeting and exceeding the industry standard of 98% accuracy.
Our server has undergone several updates and we are on the cutting edge of technology. Our work is easily imported into an EMR system, and we custom design our templates, making it easy for both transcriptionist and client.
Transcriptionists
All of our transcriptionists are trained in medical transcription. Most of them have completed a recognized transcription program such as Canscribe or Selkirk. Our hospital transcriptionists have no less than five years of hospital (health records) experience, and our average transcriptionist has 10+ years of experience.
